No. LYVORIXA does not find, sell or broker loads, and does not arrange transportation for anyone. It is an organization tool for work you already have. You stay in charge of your customers, jobs and operations.
No. The income and expense features are for record-keeping only. LYVORIXA does not send, receive, hold or transfer money, and does not offer lending, factoring or insurance. Your subscription itself is billed by a third-party payment processor or by the app store you purchased through.
Location is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, it is used only to help you plan and view your routes, and you can turn it off at any time in your device settings. LYVORIXA does not offer covert or background tracking of team members, and we never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from your account settings or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it will not renew after that.
The first purchase of each plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. After that window, yearly plans canceled early can receive a prorated refund for full unused months.
